Gifts are free and welcome at Winba. Simply provide the recipient’s delivery details during checkout, and we will ensure that no prices are displayed on the parcel.

Shipping to rural areas is not a problem at Winba, and there are no additional charges for such deliveries.

All our parcels are tracked, insured, and delivered by your local nationwide courier company. Once your product is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can input this tracking number on our Tracking page for convenience.

Refunds & Returns

At Winba, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. You can return your products within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the products are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order with a 10% restocking fee. After 12 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they may have already been processed and/or shipped.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us via email. We will arrange for the immediate delivery of the correct items or provide a refund if you do not want a replacement.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos and a video and send them to our customer support email. After confirmation, we will replace your purchase free of charge.

Our replacement policy lasts for 15 days from the date your item was received. After 15 days, you may still be able to get a replacement for a discounted price.

Our policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

All refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving returned merchandise. Depending on your bank, there may be a processing time before the refund is posted. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us.

Do not call your credit card company for a charge-back, as this may result in delays and additional paperwork on your behalf. please contact us.
